Defended his master’s thesis titled “Rule of Law in a Democratic State Governed by Law. Standards of the Rule of Law in the Documents of the Venice Commission,” written under the academic supervision of Professor Tadeusz Biernat.
Since 2021, he has been registered as a trainee advocate with the Kraków Bar Association.
Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in “Public Procurement” with honors, conducted by the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
He has gained professional experience by collaborating with leading advocates and legal advisors and providing assistance as part of a free legal aid office.
He specializes in litigation concerning Swiss franc loan cases.
His interests are primarily focused on issues related to commercial law.

Weronika Liszka
In 2021 graduated with a Master of Laws degree.
Defended her master’s thesis titled “Protection of Children’s Rights: The ‘Child Alert’ Institution in the Context of Polish and International Law,” written under the academic supervision of Professor Tadeusz Biernat. During her studies, she actively supported the Court Watch Polska Foundation as an observer.
Since 2021, she has been registered as a trainee advocate with the Kraków Bar Association.
Gained professional experience by collaborating with leading advocates and legal advisors in Nowy Sącz and Kraków, as well as by providing legal advice as part of a free legal aid office.
